注意：
1 640/641控制阀不应用于强制关闭。如果需要强制关闭，应安装单独的阀门。选择外部切断阀的位置时，应考虑内部传感器的最大压力额定值，以及随着时间的推移，通过内部阀的泄漏可能会积聚并导致气体突然激增的可能性。640系列控制器需要流量才能运行，在“死区”（零流量）应用中无法控制压力。
2当设备控制其出口压力时，“通过关闭阀”的泄漏规范适用，这是标准的竣工配置。如果设备配置为控制其入口压力，泄漏率将更高。请咨询应用工程部，以确定是否需要特殊设置和测试。
